Panattoni Business Center Łódź

Panattoni Business Center Łódź is an innovative combination of a functional warehouse and a representative office. It is the first Panattoni Europe park offering "small business units", tailored to the needs of smaller tenants, with minimum warehouse units of approximately 1600 m² for lease.

The centre comprises two buildings totalling 18,000 m². The office space, designed in glass and aluminium, will meet the expectations of the most demanding tenants, seeking a prestigious location for their business. The warehouse part is a modern class A space, with access to the docks and "0" level entrance, designed for storage as well as light manufacturing.

Location

The park is located at the crossroads of Puszkina and Dostawcza, in the district of Łódź Widzew, near the planned junction of A1 and A2 motorways.
The distribution centre is located just 5km from the centre of Łódź, near the planned Andrespol junction of the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn).
The park's location within city limits provides access to qualified personnel and convenient connection by public transport.
