Panattoni Wrocław Industrial Park offers more than 56,000 square metres of industrial space for lease at  the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The facility is located in the Subzone Wrocław within administrative city limits, 5 km from the A4 road junction 'Bielany Wrocławskie' and 2 km from the junction of the Wrocław Motorway Bypass A8 'Wrocław Zachód'. 

Panattoni's new park, by being situated within a special economic zone, gives businesses some added advantages such as: income and property tax exemptions; access to the existing technical infrastructure and Wrocław's attractive labour pool due to the vicinity of the municipal transportation network. The complex is not only close to the city centre, but also makes for an easy access to the new City Motorway Bypass.

Panattoni Wrocław Industrial Park consists of three buildings which can be flexibly adapted to the customers' specific needs, both in terms of technical specifications and individual spaces to be used for manufacturing, warehousing, offices and staff facilities. 

Location

The park is located strategically with regard to two key road junctions 'Wrocław Zachód' linking the A8 (the city's motorway bypass) with the national road no 347 in Cesarzowice, and 'Wrocław Bielany' linking the A4 with national roads no 5 and 8.
