Panattoni Park Poznań I is a vast 171,600-square-metre distribution centre, which combined with the company's other facilities in this region - Panattoni Park Poznań II and Panattoni Park Robakowo - offer a total of 249,200 m² of industrial space, accounting for nearly 1/3 of the total supply of warehouse space in Greater Poland. Panattoni Park Poznań I lies in Gądki, 13km from Poznań city centre.
Panattoni Park Poznań I comprises three warehouse buildings. The park has 140 receiving docks and 450 parking spaces.
H&M
At this park, Panattoni is proud to have signed one of the biggest lease contracts in the market for 80,000 m² with a leading clothes manufacturer Hennes & Mauritz. Due to its expansion needs, H&M decided to build another warehouse in Gadki, with an area of 30,000 m². The building constructed for H&M in Park Poznan I will be the first facility in Panattoni's portfolio acknowledging such wide-range ecological solutions. Solar panels are to be installed on the roof of the warehouse and used for heating water. In addition, there will be more natural light inside the facility, which will enable it to save power during the day. The building will be equipped with a rainwater recovery system. PCV and foamed polystyrene will not be used in the construction of the facility. The warehouse is to be equipped in automated storage systems.
Location
The park is located along the S11 expressway, 1200 m in a straight line from the intersection of the roads A2, E30, S11.
The project is located 13 km from the centre of Poznań. Thanks to the close proximity of the city and extensive public transportation infrastructure, the facility's location makes for easy access to a qualified labour pool.
