Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz is the first Panattoni Europe investment in Bydgoszcz, situated about 5 km from the city center. The plot is located within one of the newest and at the same time one of the biggest industrial and technological parks in Poland, close to the junction of national roads no. 5, 10 and 25. Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park (BPPT) lies within the city borders of Bydgoszcz- the capital of Kuyavia and Pomerania Voivodeship and the eighth biggest city in Poland, 4,5km from the  international airport.  The S-10 bypass and Glinki street provide very good road access to the BPPT. Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz has access to a railway siding (railroad Piła - Bydgoszcz - Kutno - Warszawa). There is also a direct public transport connection to the city center. 

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz offers 32 400 s qm. of industrial space within the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park (BPPT). The facility designed for storage as well as light manufacturing can be flexibly adjusted to one or multiple clients. 

Location 

The S-10 bypass and Glinki street provide very good road access to the BPPT. Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz has access to a railway siding (railroad Piła - Bydgoszcz - Kutno - Warszawa). There is also a direct public transport connection to the city center. The park is located 3 km away from the S10 expressway, close to the junction of 5,10, and 25 national roads.
