Panattoni Park Czeladź is one of the company's five distribution centres located in Upper Silesia, where Panattoni also has investments in Bielsko-Biała, Gliwice, Cracow and Mysłowice. Despite an unfavourable mountainous landscape, the south of Poland is the country's second biggest warehousing market, with industrial space resources totalling over a million square metres. The park in Czeladź is Panattoni's northernmost warehouse in Silesia.
The existing 15,100-square-metre building has been tailored to the needs of its sole user from the automotive sector. The park's development potential allows for expanding the warehouse space by further 30,500 m². Panattoni Park Czeladź offers flexible finishing options for warehouse and office units according to the customers' needs.
The logistics centre is located east of Czeladź, in the direct vicinity of the national road no 86 from Łódź to Tychy, near the intersection of the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway.
The well developed road infrastructure of the Upper Silesian conurbation and public transport network near the complex make it easy for employees to commute to and from the Panattoni facility near Czeladź.
