Panattoni Park Mysłowice

Panattoni Park Mysłowice is one of the biggest distribution centres in Poland. The enormous park, which will ultimately comprise 8 buildings, is located near the A4 motorway, along the S1 expressway. At full built-out, the park will total approximately 200,000 m². The distance from the Pyrzowice airport is only 30 kilometres. The park's location guarantees ideal conditions for domestic and international distribution, as well as easy access to a qualified labour pool.

As part of the investment, the traffic layout adjacent to the property has been modified. Panattoni invested in the construction of a road junction upon the S1 expressway, which connects it to the secondary road no 934. The investment has helped improve the traffic in the heart of the Upper Silesian conurbation, at the intersection of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway.

The park comprises 5 buildings tailored to the individual needs of a varied customer pool. The built-to-suit facilities located here are used by such companies as: Coca-Cola, CAT Group, DPD, Inter Cars, Intermarche, Manuli Hydraulics, ND Logistics or Rohlig.

Location

The park is located along the S1 expressway, 2km from the road junction linking the roads A4, E40 and S1.

Panattoni Park Mysłowice lies near the entrance ramp onto the A4 motorway, which guarantees easy connection to the cities of Upper Silesia and the borders with Czech Republic and Slovakia. The well developed road infrastructure in the south of Poland provides extensive logistics possibilities to the companies located at the park.
