Neighbouring with the existing logistics centres Panattoni Park Pruszków and Panattoni Park Ożarów, a new distribution centre is under development: Panattoni Park Pruszków II. The ideal location of the park next to the A2 motorway junction and near the national road no 2 provides optimal conditions for distribution to Central Poland. 

Panattoni Park Pruszków II will comprise three warehouse buildings, totalling 44,850 m² of space. The project occupies a plot of about 91,500 m2.  The park will offer modern A class warehouse space suited to the requirements of customers from various business sectors. In a direct vicinity of  the "Pruszków" junction the A2 motorway connecting Berlin and Moscow, about 4 km from the national road number 2 (E30). 

The ideal location of the distribution centre is undoubtedly one of the main advantages of the park that guarantees fast and effective logistics. The proximity of the city centre guarantees access to the public transportation network to the park's employees.
