Panattoni Park Strykow
Stryków is one of the most advantageous locations in Poland due to the proximity of Łódź, location in Central Poland and vicinity of major traffic routes. Panattoni Park Stryków is a modern distribution centre, located right next to the A2 motorway junction in Stryków, which ensures excellent road connections to the rest of the country. Location within less than 20 kilometres from Łódź ensures easy access to its labour pool. Panattoni Park Stryków offers modern warehouse space for lease, both to very large companies as well as firms seeking to lease smaller warehouses of approximately 2,200 m².
Panattoni Park Stryków currently comprises three finished buildings totalling over 107 thousand square metres. Due to the flexibility of shaping the warehouse units, the park is capable of meeting the requirements of customers from various business sectors. The projects' first customer has been the French hypermarket chain Leroy Merlin, who leased one 56,000-square-metre warehouse.

Panattoni Park Stryków lies next to the planned intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways, connecting Eastern and Western Europe, as well as dissecting Poland from North to South and East to West.
