Panattoni Park Święcice

In the Warsaw region, especially in the Western part 15 km from Warsaw city center, Panattoni has located several of its investments in such region as Błonie, Teresin, Ożarów and Pruszków. The planned A2 motorway junction is one of the main factors constituting the excellent location of these developments. Upon completion of the ongoing projects, Panattoni will have nearly 260,000 square metres of modern warehouse and office space in the Warsaw region.

Panattoni Park Święcice is a new project, which construction was commenced in the end of 2010. The park will offer a total of nearly 34,000 thousand square metres in two buildings and is located on the outbound road no 2 (E30) out of Warsaw.

Location
The park is located in Święcice, near Ożarów Mazowiecki, about 19 km to the west of Warsaw, in the direct vicinity of route no 2 (E30) leading from Warsaw to Poznań, and near the Pruszków junction on the planned A2 motorway connecting Berlin and Moscow.

Excellent location near Warsaw ensures the availability of highly-qualified employees, and the easy access by public transportation is an additional advantage of the park.
