Panattoni Park Święcice II is a new project in Warsaw region, which adjoins another distribution center Panattoni Park Święcice I, built in mid 2011. The project foresees construction of two warehouse buildings, totalling 20 000 sq m. The investment will take a plot of land of 5, 23 hectares.   

Panattoni Park Święcice II will comprise two warehouse buildings of 20 000 sq m. The first building is a build-to-suit warehouse ordered by a client from logistics sector. The second warehouse will offer a speculative space for lease of 6 000 sq m. 

Location

The park is located in Święcice, between Ożarów Mazowiecki and Błonie, about 19 km to the west of Warsaw, in the direct vicinity of route no 2 (E30) leading from Warsaw to Poznań.  The planned A2 motorway junction connecting Berlin and Moscow makes the investment excellent located.
