Panattoni Park Toruń

Panattoni Park Toruń is a new strategic point on the Panattoni distribution centers' portfolio map. The project is located south east of Toruń in the Grębocin town and will comprise two buildings of the total industrial space 62 000 m².
 
The first building, a build-to-suit development, has been leased by Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific, a manufacturer and distributor of breakfast cereals and cereal products. The facility, which will be exclusively occupied by CPP, consists of warehouse (29 410 m²) and office space (ok. 900 m²). It will be a high storage warehouse, equipped with automated distribution systems, from where the Nestle breakfast cereals will be delivered to many countries around the world, including Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, as well as the Baltic states.

The second building offers 31 000 m² of state-of-the-art warehouse space. The warehouse units can be flexibly adapted to the clients needs from various industries. The park is fenced and secured 24-hours a day. The location within the Lubicz municipality only 12 km form the Toruń city center, by the national road no 552 and 4km from the planned A1 Lubicz junction provides optimal conditions for local and domestic distribution.
