Panattoni Park Wrocław I

Panattoni Park Wrocław I is the company's first completed project in Lower Silesia. The investment is located in Bielany Wrocławskie, 10 km to the south-west of Wrocław.
The park provides flexible warehouse and office unit options. At the request of one of Panattoni's customers, the largest detached office building in the developer's portfolio to date has been created. The office with its glass facade, giving it an impressive look, provides the workplace for some 200 employees.

The logistics centre in Bielany Wrocławskie is a project comprising three buildings totalling 84,000 m². To facilitate access to Panattoni Park Wrocław I for all the lessees, the developer invested in the remodelling of the junction at the entrance to the buildings. Customers of the distribution centre include logistics companies, retail chains, FMCG distributors, clothing companies and heavy industry enterprises.

Location

The park is located in the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway (Berlin-Cracow), the E67 expressway and national road no 35, linking Wrocław with Prague.

The convenient location ensures excellent access to nationwide transportation routes, while the airport located 12 kilometres away provides direct connections to most European capital cities. The location makes for easy access to a qualified labour pool.
