35,000 sqm for Nippon Sheet Glass

Panattoni Europe, leader in the industrial space sector, is developing another production and storage BTS investment. The new project is dedicated to Nippon Sheet Glass, one of the largest manufacturer of glass and glass products. The project, with a total area of 35,000 sqm, is being erected in EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN Special Economic Zone of Tarnobrzeg.

Panattoni Europe is realizing another manufacturing BTS, this time for the Polish branch of Nippon Sheet Glass Co, one of the largest manufacturers of glass and glass products for the construction industry, automotive and special purpose glass sector.

The largest foreign project in 2011 awarded by the Polish Agency for Information and Foreign Investment (PAIiIZ)

In December 2011, awards were handed out for the largest and most significant foreign investments commenced in 2011 in Poland. The combined area of the new development will be 35,000 sqm. The production hall in which car glass will be manufactured will occupy 13,500 sqm, the storage section - 16,700 sqm, and offices are designed across an area of 1,600 sqm. The new factory is to be built on the EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN Special Economic Zone of Tarnobrzeg site, situated in Chmielów, a few kilometers away from Tarnobrzeg and ca. thirty kilometers away from Sandomierz. Completion of this project is anticipated in Q3 2012.

Location - Panattoni in Eastern Poland

The new facility is located 30 km to the south of the Company's first production plant in Sandomierz, next to national road no. 9 linking Radom to Rzeszów and further to State border crossing in Barwinek. It constitutes a part of the European E371 route across south-eastern Poland and eastern Slovakia. It is one of the primary traffic routes from northern Poland to Rzeszów and further towards the south, reaching the Slovak border. Chmielów is situated within the limits of EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN Special Economic Zone of Tarnobrzeg, a rapidly developing industrial center in south-eastern Poland.

Panattoni do develop 80,500 sqm of space

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, announces that it has commenced construction works on five buildings in four different locations around Poland, totalling 80,500 sqm.

WROCŁAW

In the Wrocław region, construction works have started at Panattoni Park Wrocław II in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, where the park's second building, with 10,000 sqm of space is under development. The new tenants are: Frohe Sp. z o.o.- manufacturer of a wide range of plastic accessories, who will take up 3,500 sqm and V.M.A. NV - manufacturer of electro-technical equipment, who has leased 2,830 sqm in the facility under development.

ŁÓDŹ

An enormous building site can be seen at Panattoni Park Łódź East , where two buildings are under development at the same time - a 12,000-square-metre facility for a distributor of household appliances, consumer electronics and multimedia, as well as a 14,000-square-metre building, which is an extension of an existing structure.

MYSŁOWICE

At Panattoni Park Mysłowice , construction works have started on 9,500 sqm of industrial space. It is dedicated to the global leader in hydraulic products. The company already leases space at the park and will move to the newly built facility.

TARNOBRZEG

At the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN, a new manufacturing BTS facility is being built. The 35,000-square-metre facility is dedicated to Nippon Sheet Glass Co. - one of the biggest glass manufacturers for the automotive industry.

Additionally, Panattoni Europe also has two other manufacturing BTS facilities under way. The first one, dedicated to RECARO Aircraft Seating Polska Sp. z o.o., is located in Świebodzin and will feature 10,700 sqm of space. The other is a manufacturing facility for Delphi, situated in Błonie near Warsaw, with a total space of 22,000 sqm. Summing up, in the nearest future the developer will be constructing more than 113,000 sqm of industrial space.

Panattoni Europe, the leader on the industrial real estate market in Poland won the CEE Quality Award in the 'Industrial Developer' category. Annually the prestigious competition gathers representatives of the Central and Eastern Europe real estate industry. This year marked its ninth edition and the CEEQA Gala was held on 17 April at Marriott Hotel.

The ceremony of awarding the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards was held on 17 April 2012 at Warsaw Marriott Hotel. Panattoni Europe was awarded the prestigious honorary mention sponsored by international corporation STRABAG in the category of the "Industrial Developer of the Year 2011". In total 10 important industrial space developers from the Central and Eastern Europe were nominated in that category. The jury composed of high-ranking representatives of leading companies evaluated nominees in terms of 2011 business achievements, industrial investments, company performance and impact on the growth of that line of real estate.

The 2012 edition was the 9th edition of the CEE Quality Awards competition which has a reputation of an objective and reliable review of real estate market achievements in the Central and Eastern European region. The CEEQA award gala annually gathers more than 600 company owners and real estate managers from over 40 countries. Awards were granted in 19 categories and short lists were announced at the gala of the international investment trade fair MIPIM 2012 held in early March in Cannes. Among this year's event entertainment were, among others, Wet Fingers, Nick Sinckler, Lenny Kravitz and Lindsay Martell. The awards ceremony was for the fifth time hosted by popular Polish TV presenter, Monika Richardson.

Panattoni to expand its park near Wrocław

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial real estate market, is expanding Panattoni Park Wrocław II by more than 10,000 sqm of space, nearly all of it already leased. The new tenants are: Frohe Sp. z o.o. and VMA NV.

Panattoni Europe has announced that it is expanding Panattoni Park Wrocław II, currently consisting of one 40,000-square-metre building. In the course of the expansion, a second 10,000-square-metre building will be erected, to be occupied by two new customers. They are: Frohe Sp. z o.o.- manufacturer of a wide range of plastic accessories, who will take up 3,500 sqm, and V.M.A. NV - manufacturer of electro-technical equipment, who has leased 2,830 sqm in the facility under development. Both transactions were mediated by the advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield, represented by Joanna Sinkiewicz. The Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency took part in the land search for the client V.M.A. NV.

Panattoni Park Wrocław II has an excellent location. The park lies in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, 14 km from the city centre and 13 km from the Wrocław international airport. The park makes for convenient road transportation with the direct vicinity of the A4 motorway, next to the Pietrzykowice Junction, where the region's most strategic routes come together - the A4, E67 and A8, also known as Wrocław Motorway Bypass.

Apart from the existing investments in this region - Panattoni Park Wrocław I and Panattoni Park Wrocław II - the developer is offering new locations: Panattoni Park Wrocław III and Panattoni Industrial Park Wrocław, parts of which will be commissioned as early as this year. As a result, Panattoni will be offering 224,350 sqm of industrial space in this region.

Panattoni completed 12,000 sqm for the Nagel Group

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, has completed an investment for the logistics company Nagel Group. The new 12,000-square-metre facility is the first building at the distribution centre Panattoni Park Święcice II.

Panattoni Europe has completed construction works on a storage facility for the international logistics operator - Nagel Group. The 12,000-square-metre investment, which can be extended up to 15,000 sqm, was built at a new complex, Panattoni Park Święcice II, and will serve as a modern distribution centre. Nagel Group also leases a facility at Panattoni Park Gliwice I (11,300 sqm) and another one at Panattoni Park Gdańsk (3,500 sqm). In total, the logistics operator leases nearly 27,000 sqm of the developer's modern warehouse space.

" The dynamic growth of our company created a need for new distribution centres", comments Robert Katafiasz, President of the Management Board of Nagel Polska Sp. z o.o. and adds: " Panattoni Europe was chosen to be our investment partner for a range of reasons: their ability to deliver projects on time, availability of undeveloped land at their existing logistics parks, assurance that the project will be executed according to the technical specification based on Nagel-Group standards, location which is convenient for employees and provides good access to the existing and planned motorway network, development prospects for our cooperation in the future, and lastly the level of costs."

Panattoni Park Święcice II is a newly developed distribution complex, which at full build-out will comprise two buildings with a total space of 20,000 sqm. Building one is the investment for Nagel Group. The park is situated in the vicinity of Panattoni Park Święcice I, and as a result the developer's portfolio will be offering 53,700 sqm of modern warehouse space at the two centres. The location is Warsaw West poviat, Ożarów Mazowiecki commune, less than 19 km from the capital's city centre, directly at national road no 2 (E30). The planned junction with the motorway A2 running from Berlin to Moscow places this investment in a strategic location.

Panattoni Europe has been chosen by Pramerica Real Estate Investor to be the property manager for the Stolica Business Center near Warsaw. We are responsible for the commercialization of the distribution center as well. Currently there is 768 sqm of office space for lease.

Stolica Business Center is situated in the town of Łazy, just 5 km from Janki, near the main exit route (E-77) towards Cracow - Aleja Krakowska - and as little as 20 km from Warsaw city centre. Panattoni delivered a BTS for ASSA ABLOY

Panattoni Europe, a leading industrial space developer in the CEE region, announced the completion of a 10,000-square-meter build-to-suit facility for ASSA ABLOY in Týniště nad Orlicí in the Czech Republic.

The project is a stand alone BTS located in Týniště nad Orlicí (20 km from Hradec Králové city center) in eastern Czech Republic. The customer ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, part of the Swedish-based ASSA ABLOY Group, the global leader in door opening solutions, has leased 10,000 square meters of industrial space in the newly delivered building, which will serve as a production plant. The facility will support the automotive market brand FACEA growth strategy within the automotive industry market segment.

The BTS facility is part of the existing industrial estate adjacent to Týniště nad Orlicí city. Týniště has an exceptional location within Hradec Králové/Pardubice region with its direct proximity to Kvasiny (Volkswagen Group-owned Škoda Auto factory) approx. 20 km and also Hradec Králové city approx. 20 km.

The last vacant space was taken up by Damco Poland Sp. z o. o., which moved into the facility in February. The new tenant has leased 4,300 sqm. The transaction was mediated by the advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland's warehouse space market, announces that it has renewed a lease contract at Panattoni Park Stryków. A current customer, Raben Polska, is staying on more than 11,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.

The logistics operator Raben Polska, part of the European Raben Group, has extended its lease contract at Panattoni Park Stryków. The transaction applies to the space occupied currently - more than 11,000 sqm, of which 10,754 sqm is used as warehouse space, and 380 sqm as office space. Raben has been a customer of Panattoni Europe's for many years. Apart from the warehouse space in Stryków, it operates from the logistics park in Robakowo, occupying a total of more than 37,700 sqm of the developer's space.

" The many years of successful cooperation with Panattoni Europe and their flexible approach to modifying the space to satisfy the needs of Raben Polska clients have allowed us to make long-term mutual commitments with regard to the space leased in Stryków", announced Maciej Walenda, Central Region Contract Logistics Director at Raben Polska.

Panattoni Europe to manage Stolica Business Center

Panattoni Europe, a leading industrial space developer in Poland, has been chosen by Pramerica Real Estate Investor to be the property manager for the Stolica Business Center near Warsaw. The developer will also be responsible for the commercialization of the distribution center. Pramerica is the European arm of the real estate investment and management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU), which is headquartered in the United States.

Panattoni Europe has become the manager of a 24,600-square-metre investment, Stolica Business Center, a modern distribution center 95% leased to three tenants. The investment comprises three buildings; totalling 5,000 sqm; 6,500 sqm and nearly 13,000 sqm. The largest tenant is United Parcel Service (UPS) which has its national distribution center at the property.
