Panattoni Europe is an industrial space developer. As of the beginning of its activity in 2005, we have completed 36 projects covering an area of 1,5 million square meters altogether in Poland and the Czech Republic. Our goal is to support local business by providing multi-functional build-to-suit warehouse facilities. For the purposes of developing our activity we buy land, securing the most strategic locations in the country. We act as consultants at each stage of the investment process.

We offer industrial, warehouse and office space. We specialize in build-to-suit (BTS) investments - developed at the request of individual clients. In our portfolio of developed logistics parks we offer space that can be leased immediately in the whole of Poland.

As the administrator of our facilities we offer complex administrative and operational services in terms of: 24-hour security, utilities' settlements, the efficiency of technical equipment as well as the professional look of the parks.
